The pain of losing a loved one is never easy. When its sudden it seems extra hard to deal with. As a pastor Stephen Schultz has comforted a lot of people in their grief, but his own recent experience took him by complete surprise.

Steve and Jenny who have struggled with anxiety share their story and Julie, a psychologist, helps us understand and find hope for managing our anxiety.
